En Dash Group | Sparkle Dash Transformation + Design

Suzanne Leamer

Suzanne Leamer is the founder of En Dash Group and Sparkle Dash Transformation + Design, partnering with high-capacity women and leaders to navigate change with clarity, intention, and practical momentum—without burning themselves out in the process. As host of Antigua Reset + Adventure, Suzanne creates a calm, supportive structure with room for restoration, culture, and real downtime—so you return home lighter, clearer, and more like yourself. Over the last 25+ years, Suzanne has led transformation across industries including technology, telecommunications, travel, e-commerce, and life sciences, with a background in strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. She’s known for blending a strategic operator’s brain with a coach’s calm—bringing structure to what feels messy, and creating space for decisions that are aligned and actionable. Suzanne is a certified coach, and her approach includes mental fitness practices that build self-command under stress and create more ease in decision-making and relationships. In her work with women, she creates a focused space that’s truly dedicated to them: a place for curiosity, courage, and non-judgment, where the present is clarified and a forward plan becomes visible. Suzanne created the Antigua Reset + Adventure Experience because she believes restoration isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessary reset for women who are bright, strong, competent, and tend to carry a lot. If it feels like the right time for a reset, you’ll be in good hands.

Emily Edison

Emily Edison, MS, RDN, CSSD is a nationally recognized sports dietitian, nutritionist, and educator with 20+ years of experience supporting people who want nourishment that feels grounded, sustainable, and non-restrictive. She brings a practical, compassionate approach that helps you reconnect with energy, satisfaction, and self-trust—so food supports your life (and your adventure), not the other way around. As the founder of Momentum Nutrition in Seattle, Emily has worked with thousands of individuals—from athletes to executives to adolescents and adults in life transition—guiding them toward sustainable nourishment rooted in self-trust rather than restriction. Her work blends performance-informed science with an integrated, non-diet approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. She also collaborates with physicians, therapists, and coaches to support a well-rounded approach to wellness. Emily practices through the lens of intuitive and mindful eating, helping clients unlearn diet culture and reconnect with internal cues of hunger, fullness, energy, and satisfaction. She integrates embodiment practices that support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and a compassionate relationship with food. Her philosophy centers on fueling vitality, resilience, adventure, and long-term well-being. Over the course of her career, Emily has served as a collegiate sports dietitian, consultant, and nutrition educator across high school, university, and community settings. While her roots are in performance nutrition, her work expands far beyond macros and meal plans. She now also specializes in fueling life transitions (including pregnancy, aging, and menopause), supporting individuals recovering from disruptive eating patterns, and helping active adults and families nourish themselves in ways that feel freeing and sustainable. When she’s not teaching or counseling, Emily can be found in the mountains, on the water, or in the kitchen with her family—living the very principles she teaches.

It's All Communication

Jennifer Gaston

Jennifer Gaston is the founder of It’s All Communication, known for cutting through noise with clarity, compassion, and humor so women can hear themselves again. Her work centers on strengthening internal and interpersonal communication—helping you shift the words you live by, and speak from a place that feels true, steady, and aligned. After nearly four decades in the communication industry—as a journalist, newspaper editor, content creator, and collaborative book editor—Jennifer has seen how one thing shapes almost everything: communication. Every moment alone, every conversation, and every relationship is influenced by the quality and clarity of the words we choose—and the meaning we attach to them. Jennifer’s coaching is grounded in the belief that words have power, and the words you speak to yourself are the most powerful of all. She partners with clients to strengthen an internal voice that supports the life they want to live—opening options to thrive and loosening the grip of old limitations. Over the past 15 years, Jennifer has guided hundreds of women through a simple, identity-based practice often distilled into two words—“I AM”—as a way to name what’s true, reclaim joy, and create sustainable transformation. Jennifer believes that when you truly know yourself, it becomes much easier to create a life that you love.
