Hotel Atitlán (why we love it):
Set on the lake in Panajachel, Hotel Atitlán feels like a garden hideaway with paths through lush grounds, wide-open lake views, and an infinity pool that catches the late light. The restaurant terrace overlooks the water, making sunset dinners feel effortless (no planning required).
Lake Atitlán is a shift you feel immediately—deep blue water, volcano silhouettes, and beautiful little villages tucked along the shore. This is a small, private guided add-on designed to feel easeful and immersive, with just enough structure to keep everything simple.

MINI FAQ
What meals are included?
Daily breakfast + snacks and most group lunches + dinners are included during the core days of the retreat. Some meals may be intentionally left open for personal choice or spontaneous Antigua exploring (with support and suggestions if you want them).
Can dietary restrictions/sensitivities be accommodated (gluten-free, vegan, allergies)?
Yes. We accommodate dietary restrictions and sensitivities whenever possible. You’ll share your needs during onboarding (including allergies), and we’ll coordinate meals and vendors accordingly.
What does “transportation included” cover?
Airport arrival and departure transportation (GUA ↔ Antigua) and transportation to scheduled group activities, as coordinated in the retreat flow. (If you add independent premium upgrades, transportation may vary based on the vendor/location.)
What will I learn and/or take away from this experience?
You’ll come home with more than memories. You’ll come home with clarity and a rhythm you can actually keep. You’ll learn through cultural immersion (Guatemalan food, history, and artisan traditions) and through a gentle guided reset (intention setting, journaling, mindfulness, and reflection). You’ll also leave with a simple personal “next steps” blueprint: what you’re choosing, what you’re releasing, and what you want your days to feel like when you return home.
And like most meaningful experiences, you’ll get out of it what you put into it. Whether you want deep restoration, more adventure, or a blend of both, the week supports your intention. You choose how fully you engage.
Is this experience intense?
Nope! The core experience is intentionally not intense. Spacious and flexible by design, with downtime built in. If you want more intensity, you can dial it up through Choose Your Own Adventure and premium upgrade activities (from easier adventure options to more challenging ones like advanced mountain biking routes or a longer volcano hike).
Do I have to share personal stuff?
No. There’s no “forced” anything. Everything is invitational, and you choose what you need to make this a fulfilling experience for yourself. You’ll get a grounding rhythm and great conversations if you want them, but being put on the spot is not in our playbook.
How does rooming work?
Base pricing is double occupancy. We coordinate preferences + roommate matching during onboarding. (If we’re at capacity, one expert stays offsite so guests remain comfortably housed.)
How do upgrades work / how do I pay?
Premium upgrades are paid separately. Dermatology + any in-villa services are invoiced/charged by Suzanne via card-on-file; offsite vendors are typically paid directly unless arranged otherwise.
